Keto Pepperoni Pizza Bites

Now, if you’re looking for something different to bake, and you love pepperoni pizza, than these will surely be a hit! These are delicious and make for a perfect snack in between meals. I made these for the first time last week and they were amazing. I snuck two in my husbands lunch bag, and at lunch he called me, wondering where those delicious pepperoni bites came from! Needless to say, my husband has requested that I make some more.

Here is the recipe:

Prep time: 10 minutes

cook time: 20 minutes

total time 30 minutes


2 cups chopped or sliced pepperoni

4 ounces of cream cheese softened

1/3 cup coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 large beaten eggs

1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella (I used pepper jack cheese)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine cream cheese, pepperoni, shredded cheese and eggs until completely combined.

The start of the mixing up!

Add in remaining ingredients until well combined and chill 10 minutes allowing the flour time to absorb the moisture. *If after 10 minutes their is still a lot of moisture, chill another 10 minutes.

After sitting in the fridge for 10 minutes!

drop onto a greased baking sheet with a teaspoon

bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.

In the oven baking!

After these cool, I like to place into a zip lock bag and store in refrigerator.

Garnish with marinara sauce if you’d like!
