Hello readers! I thought it would be a great day to share with you one of my favorite fitness videos to date that will help you literally walk away the pounds. Why I chose this video is because walking is one of the most natural activities that we do on a normal regular basis. Walking is one of the best activities you can do for yourself, and if you don’t have a lot of time to spare in your average busy day, this video takes less than 20 minutes a day and you can do it right their in your own home in your living room and/or bedroom.
I have personally tried several fitness videos and found this one to be the most user friendly. No need for any fancy exercise equipment, just you, in your tennis shoes. Another great feature of this video is that once you can master the 1 mile video she also has more videos, the 2 mile, and so on.
